Location: Outram Park
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Salary: $18.50 Per Hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in adhering to project timelines, including promptly addressing stakeholder inquiries.
- Organize meetings as needed, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and compiling necessary materials.
- Help the team stay on track with project deadlines for reviewing frameworks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Minimum degree holder in any discipline.
- Prior working experience in healthcare/education will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task various projects.
