As a Manager, you will lead on-the-grounds delivery of engagements whilst helping to build the broader S&O practice.
About you
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 7+ years consulting or relevant industry experience
- Perspective on the pharmaceutical and life-sciences / consumer healthcare industry and critical client needs
- Functional knowledge across the value chain, including strategy, product development, manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing, etc.
- Project management skills, including ability to deliver consulting projects seamlessly, in a way that provides a premium, professional quality standard to our clients
- Appetite to collaborate, problem-solve, navigate and communicate complex issues effectively
- Confident and personable communications style and ability to manage multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to guide and build followship across a team of high-performing consultants
- Entrepreneurial-mindset and intellectual curiosity
