Job Description:
• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters.
• Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff.
• Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims.
• Process cheque & GIRO payment.
• Reconcile Vendor’s statement of account.
• Assist in generating monthly AR billing
• Follow up on, collect, and update payment
• Attend to email/call inquiries on vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Accountancy or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant AP experience
