Responsibilities:
- Conduct site measurements and assess on-site conditions prior to installations.
- Deliver samples to customers as required.
- Assist in addressing on-site issues, including managing customer feedback.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Prepare quotations and manage customer information through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
- Independent, self-starter with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Company vehicle provided; an allowance for related petrol claims included.
- Minimum qualification of "N" level or higher.
