Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and colleagues warmly, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Manage front-desk activities, including redirecting phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Handle courier bookings, receive and distribute deliveries, manage mail, and arrange cover for absences.
- Keep the office in top condition, ensuring all equipment is operational and managing pantry and stationery supplies.
- Coordinate room bookings for daily meetings, including arranging catering, offering refreshments, setting up video conferencing, and tidying up after meetings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, supporting other departments with ad-hoc projects
- Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support the Office Manager with daily operational tasks.
