We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apple Infrastructure Support Specialist to support our Cisco Video Conference and Webex projects across the APAC region. This role will involve managing tech refresh projects, troubleshooting, and optimizing devices in a corporate environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure.


Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Apple device support within an enterprise environment.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco video conferencing systems and Webex platform support.

- Proven experience managing tech refresh projects for Apple hardware and associated infrastructure.

- In-depth knowledge of macOS, iOS, and related Apple device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Apple Configurator).

- Familiarity with Cisco Webex and Cisco video conferencing hardware (e.g., Webex Boards, Room Kits, DX Series).

- Experience with MDM solutions for managing Apple devices across a distributed workforce.

- Certifications in Cisco Webex and/or Cisco video conferencing technologies.

- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of cloud-based conferencing solutions and SaaS platforms.

- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack. Managing Conference setups and readiness test and work closely with R&D and local infra teams

- Supporting technical events of the client

- Supporting Zoom system pilot activities

- Reviewing VC room designs


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support for Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) within the enterprise, ensuring smooth operation and integration with company systems.

- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Apple hardware and software configurations, with a focus on security and performance.

- Support and manage Cisco video conferencing systems and Webex platforms across the APAC region.

- Provide technical assistance during video conferencing sessions and ensure seamless connectivity and functionality for remote and in-office users.

- Collaborate with global teams to implement and support new features, updates, and configurations for Cisco Webex and video conferencing systems.

- Lead tech refresh initiatives involving Apple devices and related infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment and minimizing disruption to end-users.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware upgrades and software updates across the APAC region, aligning with corporate IT standards.

- Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, deliverables, and post-deployment support.

- Maintain and support network infrastructure related to video conferencing and Webex services, ensuring optimal performance.

- Conduct regular health checks and performance monitoring for Apple devices and conferencing systems.

- Implement best practices for device management, including security policies, device enrolment, and system updates.
