1. CCP Support Lead
- Computation & Submission of claims via Training Grants System (TGS) to WSG on behalf of Participant Apprentices and Companies; and Disbursement of Training Allowance (for Attach-and-Train Participant Apprentices) and Claim Amount (for companies with Place-and Train Participant Apprentices)
- Assist Participant Apprentices and Companies in the conversion of Attach-and-Train programme to Place-and-Train programme
- Monitor emplacement deadline and outcome and verify non-placement justifications
- Monitor and ensure Participant Apprentices and Companies comply with the Terms & Conditions of the SFA Trainee Agreement and the Company Training Agreement, respectively
- Maintaining documentation and facilitating for compliance audit purposes.
2. Finance Support:
- General Finance Support and backup (knowledge of Xero would be a plus)
- Quarterly GST filing
3. Meeting Minutes Writing Support
- ExCo meeting, AGM meeting
4. Back-up Business Development Support for SFA FinTech Professional Accreditation Programme
5. General administrative support to the Funding, Operations and Governance Team as and
when required; and
6. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Funding, Operations and Governance.
