Role Overview
Program Advisor are the backbone of our offline Education business, being the bridge between the parents and the teachers. The Program Advisor will be the educational professional that provides tailored student feedback to parents-in-need and guide the parents to become part of the children's journey to success. He/she will synthesize teacher feedback into actions for the parents, and highlight important details of our curriculum that most parents/students tend to miss out, helping to nurture the students to reach the best version of themselves. Down the line, this role will have a great opportunity to grow and develop a career in the Operations team. High potential Program Advisor who perform well will also be favorably considered for early management opportunities.
Responsibilities
•Managing tailored consultations for parents and providing high level of services in advising parents on their child's specific academic needs
•Liaison with internal stakeholders (teachers, curriculum, operations, customer success team, etc.) on both reactive customer feedback and process improvement initiatives
•Guide the parents through their child's experience with LingoAce to maintain excellent customer experience during their journey here with LingoAce
•Work with marketing team & teacher team to hit new students enrollment target by implement conversion journey.
•Work with teacher team together to drive student retention.
Requirements
•Graduated with a Bachelor degree with teaching experience for Primary School education (i.e. MOE, NiE, tuition centers, private tutoring); OR graduated with Diploma degree in Early Childhood Development, Chinese Studies, or Linguistic, customer facing working experience in primary/secondary school tuition industry.
•Working knowledge of the current Singapore MOE Education approaches will be advantageous.
•Highly customer centric in understanding and profiling parents' needs for their students.
•Good team player who can collaborate with respective stakeholders (teachers, curriculum planning, operations, customer success team, etc.) in ensuring high level of customer experience.
•Able to read, write and communicate in both Mandarin and English to handle Mandarin speaking customers
