- Position : Service Engineer - Up to $4,700 - Changi Business Park
- Location : Changi Business Park
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,700 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries
- Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.
- Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard company procedures and safety guidelines
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
- Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
- Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project
- Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract
- Provide product training to end user and distributor
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
- Must have knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Preferably possess own transport
