Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and commissioning of analytical instruments at customer sites, ensuring equipment is operational and meets performance specifications.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of instruments to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and instrument performance.
- Offer technical expertise and solutions to support regional partners' engineers, providing guidance and assistance in complex technical scenarios.
Job Requirements:
- A diploma or higher qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience working with analytical instruments.
- Willing and able to travel within the APAC region, with up to 20% travel required.
- Strong coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess logical thinking skills which are essential for technical troubleshooting.
