We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our client in the government industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries (calls/walk-ins/ emails) from the stakeholders, including escalations.
- Assist to e-route cases to relevant team
- Manage mailbox and replies.
- Follow up on clarifications and queries from different stakeholders
- Collate necessary statistics for reporting
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
