· One face to the customer for all (noncommercial) aspects of a project.
· Pre- and Post-sales technical support and product update to customer.
· Machine Specification, demo spec review & agreement with customer.
· Discus and define customized machine features (TC) for new machine projects as well as upgrades / retrofits.
· Customer issue tracking and timely closure.
· Responsible for timely machine acceptance.
· Lead in Customer projects /evaluation /demo arrangement and successful completion with report submission.
· Gather competitor info and distribute within the product line.
· Customer buyoff, benchmark, beta test or evaluation of New Product.
· Participation in Customer Engineering meeting, follow up on actions.
· Support thermos compression development projects.
Education
· Degree/Masters in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
Work experience
· Minimum of 8 years experience in a technical environment in the Semiconductor industry.
· Preferable >3 years in the product support and in handling customers.
· Hands-on experience in semiconductor front end or backend Process and equipment.
Expertise and methodology
· Knowledge of processes with a high number of interfaced factors of influence.
· Excellent communication skills to transfer messages from and towards the customer.
· Understanding for precision mechanics and for complex systems.
· Understanding of factory automation and SW feature needs.
· Soft skill knowledge - AutoCAD, Matlab, SAP, MS Office 365.
· Project planning and project report generation skill set.
