- Location: Tuas Checkpoint
- Working Hours: 12-hours rotating shift (10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am) (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 Off). 2 hours break.
- Basic Salary: $1600 + Shift & Location Allowances + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

Job Scope:
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly
- Collection of payment at designated counter
- Handle queries and provide good customer service
- Assist in topping up / collection of payments
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE O level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Pro-active, resourceful & effective in problem solving
- Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holidays
