Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support OfficerRole in MOE School (Primary School). If you are selected,
You will work closely with the School Leaders (SLs), Administration Manager (AM) and Operations Manager (OM). in an MOE school (nearest MRT-Commonwealth & Queenstown) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- To unlock all classroom doors at level 1 to level 6 daily, conduct checks and lock up designated classrooms after school ends daily.
- To monitor students outside designated School Gate from 7:00am to 8:00am daily.
- To clean assigned rooms daily. A sample schedule is given below:
- 6 Science laboratories and preparation rooms
- 2-3 Special Rooms (e.g. Maker Space)
- To perform light gardening duties daily (e.g. weeding, planting, watering and maintaining potted plants)
- To check and clear places where mosquitos may breed on a daily basis and conduct weekly perimeter checks for mosquito breeding.
- To perform any other assigned duties assigned from time to time:
- To carry out logistics support duties for school events and activities.
- To assist in the arrangement of suitable plants to meet the requirements of major school functions such as Speech Day, National Day and etc.
- To work closely with the pest control contractor and National Environment Agency personnel on mosquito breeding prevention measures.
Job Requirements:
- The Personnel must be fluent in English. The personnel should preferably have 5 years of relevant working experience

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hourlunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
