Yearly renewable contract role
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm / 830am to 530pm / 9am to 6pm
Working location: Nearby one-north MRT / Buona Vista MRT (Hybrid working arrangement)
Scope:
- Close coordination with Operations team, Operation Manager/Project Manager, Finance Controller
- Order Booking
- Customer/Vendor creation
- Invoicing & Revenue recognition plans for customers
- Delivery Orders
- SES + Goods receipting
- PO + PR to support PM and SCM
- BG application in TFL
- Special Insurances
- Update status of project review template
- Project closure requests
- Assist to follow-up overdues from non-responsive customers
- Filling out Vendor Qualification for new tender/customer
- Raising ADHOC payment requests
- Uploading to TMC
- Experienced with SAP systems / SAP S4 HANA
