About the Team
Recommendation is one of the key product offerings for the AML team, which has fierce competitions around the world. We are now creating packaged solutions to share these advanced techniques with our business partners.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with the technical requirements for machine learning and recommendation systems
- Propose Recommendation solutions that are relevant to various business models such as e-commerce, gaming, social networks, etc, and ensure the smooth delivery of these solutions
- Lead project teams in helping customers achieve much better performance or business profits using Recommendation solutions
- Research on cloud industry trends, to guide Recommendation solutions to evolve into a better and more flexible offering - Lead technical teams and internal stakeholders in ensuring that product offerings are in line with the global market trends and requirements
- Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch - Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- At least 3 years working experience in product management
- Experienced in business requirement analysis and system design of cloud commercial supporting platform (ordering, payment, invoice or contract, etc.)
- Proven product and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as the role will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders in the region, especially in China
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams
