Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to $3,300 with yearly increment based on performance.

Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Customer Service Assistant located in North Bridge Road.Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) items.
You will handle customer orders and support purchase operations. Your tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting customers with their inquiries via email and phone. You will also handle claims related to shipment issues and work with suppliers to correct errors and update lead times.
Also, you will manage stock allocation, and ensure timely deliveries by checking lead times and expediting orders. You will coordinate with the Customer Service and Business Development teams on stock availability and follow up on any delays or changes.
Additionally, you will assist your supervisor with daily tasks and help guide junior team members
Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
- Able to multitask and work in a high volume and fast-pace environment:
- Proficient in MS Office
