We are working with a leading firm and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a L2 Cloud Support to join their Singapore team.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and administer AWS Infrastructure
- Automate Deployments
- Troubleshoot containers (EKS, ECS, ECR), and support tasks
- Maintain, manage, and monitor Cloud Infrastructure and resolve IT Infrastructure issues.
- Work with technical team to ensure technical support is provided within SLA
Job Requirements:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5 years in related field
- MUST HAVE:
- Experienced in AWS operations and support
- AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate
- Strong knowledge in Network Zoning, Routing, Network Resiliency, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPNs
