Position Summary
This role focuses on leveraging data science and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, proficiency in Python, and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Snowflake. While knowledge of logistics is a plus, a willingness to learn the domain is essential.Freshers in the field of data science with quick grasping knowledge will be considered.
Roles & Responsibility
· Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
· Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.
· Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows for data collection, processing, and storage.
· Develop data visualizations to communicate findings using tools like Qlik, StreamLit, MapBox and PowerBI.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
· Ensure the scalability and efficiency of data models and pipelines.
· Ability to understand and collaborate with Data/ML Engineers on data onboarding and ML ops establishment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in data warehouse and data management projects.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with experience in GeoSpatial Analytics, NLP, and GenAI modeling.
- Familiarity and/or willingness to learn cloud platforms like Azure and Snowflake for data storage and processing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistics and data mining techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Qlik, StreamLit, MapBox or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Logistics, and Transportation domain experience, as well as its associated data standards, is preferred.
