Our client, a US MNC in the healthcare industry, is currently looking to hire a HR Executive (regional) to assist them for 6 months.
The Role
The successful incumbent will be tasked with the day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, payroll management, HR administrative and operations matters. He/She will be supporting Asia region with managing payroll vendors and benefits administration, ensuring timely processing of payroll, be the point of contact for employees’ queries, business partnering with hiring managers on recruiting right talent to onboarding of new hires, monthly HR reporting, administration of training courses, implementing HR policies and procedures, etc.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in the related capacity. You are a problem solver, possess good time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Oracle and regional payroll experience will be advantageous.
