Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s activities with its current and future investment strategies
- Develop and execute business development strategies to promote investment insurance products in the Asia region
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs in the investment insurance domain
- Collaborate with the product development team to tailor investment insurance products to the specific needs of the Asia market
- Organize roadshows and participate to industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility and product awareness
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and marketing campaign performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the marketing and promotion of investment insurance products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-6 years’ experience in business development, preferably in the insurance, fund placement or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of the investment / financial markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Robust lateral thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-driven with a logical and efficient work methodology
- Willingness to travel within the Asia region
- Fluency in English; proficiency in spoken and written Chinese
- Good use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Frequent travel required
