A globally recognized furniture company seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support the operations in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Provide expert advice to management on workforce-related issues, including legislation, best practices, and manpower planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management.
- Promote employee growth through training and career development initiatives.
- Oversee employee insurance and wellness programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Union on tripartite matters.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in various tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with TimeSoft is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with the team.
