As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads and target accounts as identified by the sales team. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate interest in our ZilLearn suite of solutions.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges. Qualify leads based on their potential to benefit from our products and services. Setting qualified meetings for the sales team to convert into revenue.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Provide them with information about our offerings and how they can address their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, cold-calling, business development, or a related role, preferably within the EdTech or technology sector. Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
