Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Work closely with partnering department for menpower support to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Represent the hotel in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, including sports and recreational activities.
- Create promotional materials, like posters and videos, and capture photos of employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management.
- Support onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using TIMESOFT.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
