Role & Responsibilities:
You are a key financial leader within an organization responsible for overseeing and strategically managing the company's financial operations to ensure its financial health and success. You will act as a bridge between financial data and business decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to guide the company's strategic direction. You will be the bridge between several business units under the Far East Flora Group, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to enhance the work processes and improve productivity for all the BU’s accounting department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
● Lead the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
● Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.
● Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and projects, providing comprehensive financial assessments to guide decision-making.
Financial Operations & Reporting:
● Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
● Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize liquidity.
● Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
● Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.
Strategic Financial Management:
● Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
● Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction, profit optimization, and operational efficiency.
● Assess and manage financial risks facing the company, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
● Evaluate potential funding sources and capital structure options to support the company's growth initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management:
● Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
● Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategies.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
