Job Responsibilities:
- To handle walk-in, phone or email inquiries
- To drive referral, cross-sell and add-on sales activities with our existing client base
- Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous growth
- Follow up closely on sales enquiries and quotation submitted
- To play the Account Management & Client Support Services Role for key clients/accounts
- To assist in marketing, partnership, and collaboration activities in order to generate more clients/leads.
