Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will provide a full range of HR guidance and support to the business units which includes activities such as employee life cycle management and talent acquisition for operations levels.
- Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, short listings, coordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
- Work with various authorities or agencies to organize, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
- Update and maintain employees’ personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years hands-on experience in mass recruitment for fast paced industry such as F&B / FMCG / Retail or Travel retail
- Good computing skills including proficiency in Excel
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
