Our client, a leading global life insurer, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic Product Implementation team on a 1-year contract basis (convertible!).
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch and enhancement of life insurance products, with a strong potential for conversion to a permanent role for exceptional performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development and Support: Oversee new product launches, enhancements, and campaigns while defining scope and documenting business requirements.
- Project Management: Manage user story creation, test case development, and testing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Communication and Training: Facilitate communication between IT and business users, prepare training documentation, and support additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, specifically in life insurance
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products (i.e whole life, ILP, HNW)
- PR/Singaporeans, shorter notice periods preferred!
