Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support. You will lead negotiations for major projects and contribute insights from market research to drive the development of new business sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily interactions with sports teams and agencies to understand their needs and challenges, and provide necessary support.
- Continuously identify new customer needs through effective communication and timely market research. Provide insights to help the company develop new sectors based on current market trends.
- Lead negotiations for major projects, ensuring thorough review of contract terms and safeguarding the interests of both parties.
- Oversee post-service management of clients, ensuring timely completion of procurement, shooting, renewal, and payment processes.
- Update the status of individual projects to provide transparency and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by managers or superiors to support the overall functioning of the team and company operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Familiarity with football and basketball teams and prominent athletes is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and familiarity with business etiquette. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for effective communication with Chinese counterparts.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders to increase project success rates.
