Work location: Queenstown/ Commonwealth MRT
Work Hours:
-Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
-Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hour lunch break
Contract Period: 1 Nov 2024 to 31 Oct 2025
Job Responsibilities:
1. To unlock all classroom doors at level 1 to level 6 daily, conduct checks and lock up designated classrooms after school ends daily.
2. To monitor students outside designated School Gate from 7:00am to 8:00am daily.
3. To clean assigned rooms daily. A sample schedule is given below:
a. 6 Science laboratories and preparation rooms
b. 2-3 Special Rooms (e.g. Maker Space)
4. To perform light gardening duties daily (e.g. weeding, planting, watering and maintaining potted plants)
5. To check and clear places where mosquitos may breed on a daily basis and conduct weekly perimeter checks for mosquito breeding.
6. To perform any other assigned duties assigned from time to time:
a. To carry out logistics support duties for school events and activities.
b. To assist in the arrangement of suitable plants to meet the requirements of major school functions such as Speech Day, National Day and etc. To work closely with the pest control contractor and National Environment Agency personnel on mosquito breeding prevention measures.
Job Requirement:
Have 5 yrs relavant working experience
Good communication skills.
