Installation & Setup:
Install and set up draft beer systems, water dispensers, including kegerators, draft towers, and refrigeration units.
Ensure proper calibration and functionality of all equipment.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Perform regular maintenance on draft beer systems, including cleaning and sanitizing lines, inspecting components, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to draft beer systems, water dispensers, such as temperature control problems, gas/water leaks, and pressure imbalances.
Customer Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of their draft beer systems.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for the maintenance and repair of draft beer systems.
Order and replenish inventory as needed to ensure readiness for service calls.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
Prepare reports and documentation for management and customers as required.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations when performing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent, Higher Nitec; technical certification preferred.
- Fresh graduate or Previous experience with draft beer systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments.
Additional Information:
Working hours: 9:00 - 6:00, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Hybrid, East side and around SG as need to travel around SG to instal and maintain equipment
VB: Depends on Performance 1-1.5 months
Transport, mobile allowance: Mobile & Transport claimable for work-related
