Location - Lorong Chuan Area
Good understanding of ITIL Concepts and IT Operations procedures.
- Experience in handling desk side & basic Network troubleshooting & technical
issues objectively.
- Co-ordinates with central IT teams for major IT issues and outages.
- Drives local regional projects and involves Central IT teams.
- Should get regularly updated on IT initiatives and mitigate local needs.
- Understand how IT Support relate to others within team and how team integrates with others in function/sub-function.
- Recognizes and resolves the L1.5, L2 issues using existing tools and
methodologies to solve problems.
- Ensures reported issues are resolved and action plan explained to user and obtain satisfaction report.
- Ability to contribute independently with increased responsibilities.
- Awareness of general business activities, enterprise-wide is essential.
- Ability to interact and initiate dialogue with internal customers.
- Effectively communicates with external vendors for the need of support and services.
- Ability to do professional training and presentation to his peers and internal customers on programs and processes.
- Should have 3-5 IT desk-side/client years of experience with a Graduation.
