- Assist in M & E services maintenance
- Supervision of contractors in additions and alterations
- Supervision of building maintenance works, cleaning services, security, landscape and pest control services
- Diploma in Engineering/ Building Management/ Building Services/ Real Estate
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building services maintenance work
- Preferably a certified Fire Safety Manager
- Able to communicate with all levels
- Computer literate
- Service-oriented mindset
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
