- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions so as to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new staffs.
- Assist with payroll matters accurately and following compliance for employees.
- Manage e-Leave management & records.
- Organise employee well-being programmes & company events.
- Assist in administering employee engagement surveys and analyze survey data to identify trends, recommend execution of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Assist in corporate travel arrangements, including the preparation of payment requisition.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience as HR Generalist.
- Mandarin speaking/reading/typing is required to frequently liaise with stakeholders in China HQ.
- Meticulous & detail-oriented.
