- Responsible for project management of assigned projects to deliver quality products and services on time within budget and with risk management in place
- Be the focal point for communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and control project budget
- Expedite material purchase to be in line with the projection schedule
- Expedite technical & engineering for the production plan
- Manage the relationship with the client and ensure their satisfaction with project completion after building
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress (i.e. Master schedule, project detail task, and work performance)
- Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Review of purchase requisition & and purchase order
- Address warranty matters related to building scope after sales
- Scheduling of projects including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart, and temporary facilities
- Communicate with the Accounts department on cost issues and assist with supporting documents on project payment milestones
- Sharing lessons learned and improvements to prevent future / repeated issues during the fabrication/construction stage
- At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field
- Skills in Project Management
- Good interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Good communication and writing skills
- Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
