HR Policies and Procedures
- Update existing HR policies, forms and employee handbooks.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance.
Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Work with hiring managers and coordinate hiring efforts.
- Process paperwork, orientation and onboarding process.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding process.
Compensation & Benefits and Health & safety
- Monitor changes and propose necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Constant review and administer staff welfare & benefits programs. Recommend changes or enhancements to improve employee satisfaction and cost efficiency. i.e. weekend short retreat, medical coverage & benefits etc
- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Work with contractor to implement and update health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with contractor to conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs according to latest government related framework to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Building/Facility and IT Management
- Assisted by Admin Executive.
- Oversee and coordinate building maintenance and repairs.
- Manage procurement and inventory control of office supplies and workers' PPE.
- Work with government authorities and licensed contractors to ensure property related licenses and statutory requirements are kept valid and up to date (Fire Cert; FEDA; Bizsafe; OHSAS etc)
- Work with outsourced vendor and provide administrative support
