Role
We are seeking for a people-oriented & creative team member to be part of a Talent Acquisition Team to hire & market the operations in Singapore. In this role, you will be part of the Talent Attraction Team to attract & hire candidates for organisation growth, as well as explore and initiate creatively for Corporate Branding activities on our social media platforms and ad-hoc projects including outreach and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities
- Full-suite of Talent Acquisition; including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers and onboarding of new hires.
- Take ownership of candidate experience; ensuring smooth process across application, interview, offer and placement
- Drive Corporate Branding initiatives to expand existing corporate partnerships & outreach (LinkedIn & Instagram, Job Portals, EDMs & Job Fairs, School & Outreach Initiatives, Virtual Workshops etc.)
- Partner with various stakeholders/entities on HR projects (eg. Virtual Trainings, Networking sessions, Collaborations) to boost organisation branding & publicity. Keep up-to-date with market trends and practices
- Explore other avenues of outreach and online marketing to boost corporate branding
- Participate/plan internal organisation events such as annual company D&D, Funday, CSR and workshops across the year.
- Other ad-hoc HR projects
