RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales and marketing administrative support to the Sales Division
- Responsible for sales order processing, generation of reports, quotations and compilation of tender documents for submission
- Liaise with Operations & Finance on internal business process workflows
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with all our existing & potential customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in medical, scientific or equivalent.
- Some work experience in the medical equipment, devices and consumables industry would be an added advantage
- Fluent in both spoken & written English
- Procifient in MS Office particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SAGE or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Team player with a resourceful, meticulous with can-do attitude
