Job Description (Assistant Project Manager)
Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of various system enhancements and new features by working closely with a team of developers, and business analysts. He/she needs to be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle processes and experienced in Agile software delivery. Must be able to manage end-user/stakeholders throughout the various project phases. Must be self-motivated and possesses outcome-oriented mindset.
- Lead the delivery of Service Requests
- Manage a team of Business Analysts and Developers and ensure the quality of team’s deliverables.
- Guide/mentor the team members to grow the overall competency of the team
- Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with business users
- Analysis and documentation of functional requirements
- Preparation of test scenarios/cases and mapping to Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Conduct System Integration Test prior to releasing for user testing
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business users
- Manage UAT defects and follow up for the resolution
- Manage test automation using Tricentis Tosca and conduct regression testing
- Oversee Production deployment activities and coordinate with FM/DBA for application deployment
