Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR, focusing on end-to-end recruitment, staff claims, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle staff claims and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in employee relations and HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, staff claims, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
