Your Role
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you are expected to take end-to-end responsibility, leading with your expertise in customer and internal engagements, and to be recognized and appreciated by both customers and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities
a. Involves in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for ECM implementations.
b. Deliver projects while meeting internal financial and operational targets as well as contractual requirements.
c. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by actively managing scope and requirements.
d. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop business plans.
e. Evaluate changes in the external and internal business environment for their impact on project scope.
f. Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
g. Estimate budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipate future budget challenges.
h. Plan and manage project compliance requirements, changes, issues, risks, closures, and backlog.
i. Conduct project reviews to recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, or resource requirements.
j. Facilitates discussions, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
k. Manages the project budget, work allocations, manpower and resourcing needs for the team.
About you
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
a. Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or Business Administration will be advantageous.
b. Ideally, you should have complementary technical knowledge and/or familiarity with ECM and other IT technologies, such as web services and web frontends (JavaScript, .NET), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (SAP, Oracle, MS SQL). Additional experience with infrastructure (OS, virtualization, and load balancing) is a further advantage.
c. Strong problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, systems thinking, and solution-oriented skills.
d. Project management skills.
Your Experience
a. Experience in all facets of project management activities, including scope management (including change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, and project communications.
b. Experience working across different industries in Singapore.
c. Experience in at least 2 complete cycles of end-to-end implementations.
d. Strong business knowledge with the ability to interact effectively with business users.
e. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong interpersonal skills.
f. Independent with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
g. Related professional or technical qualifications are a plus, though not mandatory.
h. Experience with OpenText Content Suite is highly advantageous.
i. Project Management Certifications such as PMP or related certifications are advantageous.
