We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will provide support to the business units which includes activities such as employee life cycle management and talent acquisition for operations levels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, sourcing of applicants, short listings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
- Work with various authorities or agencies to organise, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
- Update and maintain employees’ personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
- Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
- Prior work experience in recruitment functions from fast pace multi-stores retail or FMCG sectors preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Good computing skills including proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- A team player, highly self-motivated and energetic.
