This is a sole contributor role and the incumbent will be based in our office in Jurong East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Implement and manage company policies and procedures according to the Management's direction.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responsible for full cycle of employee life cycle (from joining to leaving), both locally and overseas.
- Process and manage employees' attendance, leave, benefits, payroll and work pass administration.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development programs.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Communicate and engage employees via formal and informal channels.
- Handle workplace grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Plan/support and execute employees engagement activities that align with company's culture.
- Support office admin duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of HR operations/generalist working knowledge, with strong knowledge of Employment Act.
- Proven track record of success in local and overseas recruitment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Ability to maintain professional integrity in the workplace.
- Able to manage ambiguity and work under tight timelines.
- Able to work as an individual contributor and with a team.
