· Responsible for managing the project until its completion, within a specified timeframe after Sales have received the Purchase
· Coordinate all site activities, secure the necessary resources such as manpower, prepare all the necessary documentation such as MOS, and coordinate in the preparation and approval of drawings
· Manage external stakeholders, scope and costs.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Sales, Purchasing, Service, Design, QA) as well as external stakeholders.
· Coordinate all testing and commissioning (including pre/RI, IST, etc.) requirements with the client and obtaining approvals from the relevant authorities as required.
· Responsible for timely & complete payment claims to the customer, with support from Accounts.
· Coordinate with Design to prepare Shop & As-built drawings.
· Review through the drawings generated for construction and submission for client approval.
· Control further processing of the customer’s order until unsatisfactory conditions have been
· corrected.
· Ensure proper project handover to the client upon completion (Training, O&M Manual).
· Provide solution or recommendation to the problem on site.
· Coordinate defect liability period with Service team
Qualification & Expectation:
· At least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of Project Management or equivalent experience in related field.
· A CSCMP is a requirement. (can be obtained after CSCMP course is provided by company)
