Job Summary:
· Healthcare Sector
· 5 days work week (staggered timing)
· Gross up to S$3000
· Location: Kent Ridge
· AWS + Variable bonus + yearly increment
Job Responsibilities:
A) Front line counter role
· Manage Patient and Appointment booking.
· Advice patients on the usage of in-house applications.
· Attend to customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
· Conduct Cashiering duties.
B) Rotation in the individual consultation room
· Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.
· Assist doctors during the review consultation – with Customer service / Appointment booking.
· Manage customer enquiries (patient / family members).
· Assist with backend support duties (clerical and data entry etc).
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.
Job Requirement:
· Prior Customer Service Experience in Healthcare is advantageous.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company.
· Experience in using accounting software is advantageous.
