- Basic salary: $3500 - $4500 + VB
- Working Days: 5 days

Main Responsibilities:
- Help the school stay attractive to academic and experienced expat hires
- Assist the team in managing recruitment, from hiring to onboarding and relocation
- Suggest new ideas and approaches to improve global mobility, including repatriation and expatriation
- Prepare employment contracts and related compensation packages
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics
- Knowledge of HRIS system - Engage, G-Suite and SAP are a must
