Are you an experienced Inside Sales professional with a proven track record? We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Establish and monitor department goals and KPIs, driving continuous improvement in sales performance and processes.
Process Optimization: Improve internal procedures, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing policy gaps.
Customer-Centric Approach: Incorporate a 24/7 customer service mindset, enhancing responsiveness and accuracy in sales activities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate priorities with Engineering, Operations, and other departments, ensuring smooth interactions across the organization.
Business Development: Lead the business generation process for SEA and Japanese markets, manage quotations, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
Order Management: Oversee order handling, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely delivery.
Team Coaching & Development: Train and mentor the Internal Sales team, building technical competence and strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales management.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CRM software.
Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to travel as needed.
