This role is responsible for installation, retrieval and troubleshooting of terminals at merchant sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and deployment of terminals
- Support the retrieval and replacement of terminals
- Support fault call servicing
- Perform the configuration and download the parameter in accordance to the merchant’s requirement
- Upgrading of NETS terminals on-site.
- Briefing of Merchant on usage of NETS terminals, and queries by the merchant on the functionalities of the payment terminals
- Troubleshoot and Service NETS terminals on-site, including ECR connectivity issue, network related issue, and transaction error
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors requirements
- Role needs interaction with merchants
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level/Diploma holder
- Class 2B License or Class 3 Driving license
- Work on Weekends as per work schedule/overtime when require
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- On job training will be provided
