Job Description
Responsible to identify, attract, recruit and assess talent and present findings to hiring managers. Implements recruiting strategies to build pipeline of talent for future needs. Functions as primary interface with hiring managers, line of business directors, and human resource business partners.
- Determines appropriate sourcing strategy for position to be filled.
- Conducts service level meetings with hiring managers to set hiring expectations and regular follow-up meetings.
- Determines candidate has fulfilled requisite requirements in applicant tracking system.
- Interviews candidates and presents qualified prescreened candidates to hiring manager.
- Dispositions candidates at appropriate times during hiring process.
- Works with hiring manager or designee to schedule interviews.
- Contacts candidate prior to interview to answer questions.
- Supports the Company's commitment to inclusion and diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
- Follows steps as defined by hiring process.
Requirements
- 5 years requireears required recruiting and staffing experience.
- Bachelors' Degree required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship building capability.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
