Our client, a state-owned company within the commodities sector with over S$2 billion in operating revenue, is seeking for a Regional HR Manager
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional HR Manager will be responsible overseeing the regional HR functions which includes talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and streamlining HR operations. The Regional HR Manager will also participate in networking events to identify potential talent for recruitment purposes.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a reputable organization with the opportunity to establish the regional HR department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 15 years of working experience in HR function with at least 3 years within Commodity Trading industry
- Candidates with prior work experience with State-Owned Entity (SOE) are preffered
- Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate to Chinese counterparts
- Willingness to travel to Southern Africa
